Sinopsis
Saiga emerges from the Prime Minister's house to find Tokyo in chaos. With all the country's leaders locked away deep within the secret club, Japan is without a government. Intent on destroying Suitengu and claiming the spoils, outside forces step into the vacuum and invade.
